As an adjunct to the project management services, Eastwood Energy is able to assist its Sun-Link™ customers who are California project developers or roof owners to secure state and local permits and to process applications for CEC/CPUC “buy-downs” (purchase cost partial rebates). This service is offered on a negotiated, fixed-fee basis.
